Are there any specific criteria for registering a .versicherung domain?
To register a .VERSICHERUNG domain, the owner must have residence in Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein or Switzerland, and must be linked to the insurance industry. - After the registration, the registry will validate the owner information against public available registers (an insurance agent in Europe is required to have a third party liability and must be listed in public register) - If the owner is validated by the registry, the domain remains active and the owner and the registrar will be informed - If the registry cannot validate the owner, the owner is requested (via e-mail) to proof its eligibility within 30 days.
