3. You order the domain once the mark is granted. With the registration certificate in hand, the .CA domain is registered in your own name.
If you do not qualify, you do not pay
After you place a domain order we will ask you for the document that proves your Canadian presence, and the domain stays pending until you send it. If you cannot meet the requirement, we cancel the order and refund it in full.
